Process Description
Using LNG BOG (Boil Off Gas) as feed gas, CH4, N2 and Ne in He/H2 mixture are removed after multiple pretreatment and pre-purification (including but not limited to oil removal, water removal, low-temperature separation and purification, rewarming, pressurization, drying, decarburization, etc.), and the impurities are a large number of CH4 and N2, and the CH4, N2 and Ne in the He/H2 mixture are removed by membrane separation, PSA refining, He/H2 separation by alloy, TSA purification, etc., respectively, and high-purity He and high-purity H2 products are extracted.
The scope of this scheme is from the first shut-off valve of the feed gas inlet, the first shut-off valve of each purge gas, to the filling system outlet, the returned natural gas outlet, the last shut-off valve of each sampling port, including membrane purification unit, PSA purification unit, He/H2 separator unit, He liquefaction unit, filling unit, controlling unit, analysis unit, etc.
